This local history museum is housed in an 1848 1-room brick schoolhouse, and features original schoolroom, farmhouse kitchen, tool room, old photographs and more, plus special exhibits. An annex building, recently added, displays farm machinery, horse-drawn vehicles and artifacts. The Pond Road Chapel, on the National Register of Historic Sites, was built in 1860 and is open by appointment for special events. The Chapel and Annex are handicapped accessible, the Museum is not.
