The 1822 Town Hall houses exhibits of Guilford items such as photographs, tools, and household items. The society also operates the 1837 Meeting House and the 1797 1-room brick Schoolhouse.

In the summer of 2000 the Guilford Historical Society together with the Vernon Historians will feature the late Walter Needham, native of Vernon and long-time resident of Guilford and author of A Book of Country Things.
