The Brattleboro Historical Society seeks to acquire and preserve historical artifacts, records and data of persons, places and events significant to Brattleboro and to disseminate information about the town's history. The Society was founded in 1982 by a group of local historians interested in Brattleboro's past.

We have an extensive collection of Estey Organs, a number of which are on display at the Brattleboro Museum and Art Center. We are located in the Municipal Building, third floor, with elevator access at the rear of the building.
