Hyde Log Cabin
U.S. Route 2, Grand Isle, VT Mailing Address: Telephone: 802-828-3051 The cabin was constructed in 1783 and is considered the oldest log cabin remaining in the United States. The cabin was moved and restored in 1956, with additional restoration undertaken in 1985. The 1-room pioneer settlement cabin is furnished by the Grand Isle County Historical Society.
