It was part of a 1,000-acre farm where Vermonts Revolutionary War hero settled with his family. In a re-created tavern, a multi-media show explores Ethan Allens career and regional history. Exhibitions for 2000 include History Under Foot: Archaeology at Ethan Allen Homestead, House Tale: How the Homestead was Discovered, Fanny Allens Kitchen Garden, and Ethan Allen: the Man and the Myth.
